When you believe you are as strong as I know you are, you will be successful and get through anything.

Never, Ever, Give Up or Give In. A Fearless soul can not be caged, therefore never broken nor harmed. 

I art is inspired by my personal experiences and daily struggles with anxiety and depression. Also being told by someone who knows me better than anyone that I have PTSD. Experiences I had tried to block out and never speak of. Opening up and speaking to someone changed my behaviour and the doubt I had within myself. 

They then asked why I didn't continue with my website and express my love for art, which I'd truly wanted to from the beginning. I would like to invite viewers not just to my work, but also to a safe place where others can share their stories too. So I decided to change my intro and be more open to my viewers and let them know the more authentic far, with the highs and lows. Which can help explain my art in such a more genuine light. Not just a title, my art comes from the deepest parts of my soul, and its journey invites viewers to uncover hidden faces and animals within the layers of paint.

Painting has been my sanctuary since my teens, helping me navigate life's challenges, including Mental health. Art is my therapy, expressing emotions beyond words.

Wherever you are in life, I hope my work inspires you to find beauty in the unexpected.
